Game Universe will hold a Sealed deck Launch Party tournament this Saturday in Greenfield and Sunday in Brookfield. Both events begin registration at 11 am and start promptly at noon. As always, the entry is a low $25 and comes with a complimentary Ancient Hellkite promo card to celebrate the release of M11! Boxes of M11 will be $99 for this Friday’s release! Doors open at 11 am and the first 20 customers will receive a foil “Buy a Box Promo” Birds of Paradise. Check out the promo below and we’ll see you on Friday!
Game Universe is holding five M11 prerelease events this weekend! Sealed events will be $25 and booster drafts will be $15. Events will be rounds of Swiss and further details are in the schedule below.
Greenfield - Saturday, July 10
Saturday at Greenfield will feature 2 Sealed events. The first will begin registering at 11 am and begins promptly at noon. The second will start at approximately 3 p.m. (after round 2 of the first Sealed event). A booster draft will start after the first Sealed event ends (typically around 6 p.m.)
Brookfield - Sunday, July 11
Sunday at Brookfield will kick off registration for a Sealed tournament at 11 am with parings going up at noon. A booster draft will begin after the Sealed event ends for those who wish to stay a bit later.
Cost, Prizes & Other Goodies
As always, Sealed events are $25 and drafts are $15. There will be M11 intro decks available for purchase at the events, and prize support will be in packs. The number of packs given out is dependant on the number of players, but the number will be approximately equal to 2 packs per player who registers in the event. If you have further questions, please feel free to call either store in the days leading up to the events. See you this weekend!
The Greenfield Game Universe will be hosting another Malifaux Demo from noon to 3 p.m. on July 24th! For everyone who’s been waiting to learn Malifaux, or just hoping for another day of organized miniature mayhem, swing on by!
